Das Boot bietet ein wunderschönes Ambiente; gemütlich, stilvoll, historisch.
Der Skipper hat sich sehr gut in unserer Familienrunde verhalten; freundlich, humorvoll, verbindlich aber nicht aufdringlich.

Tirza was terrific! We enjoyed our canal ride with her. She was very sweet, and knew much about Amsterdam. She answered all of our questions, but was also quiet when she knew we were enjoying the view. She made her gondola, which is amazing.

Our captain, Frans, was wonderful. Very accommodating through the entire process. We emailed back and forth several times to book the tour. He was patient, pleasant through it all. A couple hours prior to the tour Frans phoned to suggest we take a covered boat due to the weather. We did not use the Anne Bonney but used a covered boat instead. We were very happy with everything. Our cruise was evening 9:00 pm until 11:00 pm. Beautiful time to be on the water.

We love Boats4rent, and we've used your company a few times. However, we did have to stop 5+ times to dig things out of the motor--at one point, we even had to dock and get gardening scissors to cut the debris loose.

The trip was perfect, the captain was very nice and accommodating. He made the trip very special and provided refreshments. We were the envy of every passer by at being in such a beautiful vessel! We also received pictures of us in the boat which was an extra special touch!

The experience would have been close to perfect if it were not for a significant problem we had on the boat. My 9 year old daughter hurt herself with a piece of glass, probably a left over from a broken glass or bottle that was on the seat bench in the rear part of the boat. It cut through her jeans and caused quite significant bleeding. Nothing too serious fortunately, but still unpleasant. There was nothing to disinfect on the boat (the emergency kit missed that). Staff on the boat was very polite and did all they could to help in this unfortunate situation, providing what needed with a couple of phone calls in 10 minutes. All was good after 15 minutes a bit hectic and the rest of the cruise was great and everyone enjoyed it. Still... that piece of glass should clearly not have been there.

We are very satisfied with the service, everything was perfectly arranged and on time. The crew was very nice and friendly and the boat is in very good conditions (we were a bit afraid due to the age of the boat). Everything was great and we will recommend your company.
