Das Boot bietet ein wunderschönes Ambiente; gemütlich, stilvoll, historisch.
Der Skipper hat sich sehr gut in unserer Familienrunde verhalten; freundlich, humorvoll, verbindlich aber nicht aufdringlich.
Die Hostess war ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und dezent.

We tried to rent the Jean Schmitz, but unfortunately they were slow and inefficient in getting in contact with us, and were eventually unable to offer the time slot we had requested.
Instead we booked the Ondine. They were efficient in the planning stage, and excellent on the day: helpful, friendly, and very competent. Our guests said it was the high-spot of our weekend in Amsterdam.
It is unlikely that we will ever organise such an event again, but if we did we would happily use them again, and recommend them to others.

It is a comfortable boat. We enjoyed the sightseeing. A little disadvantage is the fact that the captain can speak to the guests only when he/she stops driving.

The boat is perfect for a group of 15 people. Confortable seats, we had indeed a great time, weather was good, and the skipper Jan was great in details about the tour through all over the channels of Amsterdam! We really enjoyed and certainly it worths a coming back!

Staff and boat were great!!! They helped us with everything we needed and we had a great time!
The twp things that I believe could be improved upon is the quality of the catering....not very good.
Also, the BBQ made a heavy gas smell that came into the inside of the boat.
Other than that it was perfect!!!

ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL!! My guests were from Canada, US, UK, and NL. The captain was superb, the waiter absolutely fantastic, and the chef supreme. The service was more than I expected and the food - absolutely delicious. You are absolutely the best. ( and I assume 10 is the highest score I can give - but I would give you higher than that!!!!

Dear Bastiaan, Just to say thank you very much to everyone involved with the organisation of our cruise on Saturday, it was absolutely superb and everyone had a fantastic time. Robert and Louise were charming and the fondue was excellent and just generally the whole thing was just excellent!! I organised the evening as a surprise for a friend and she hasnt stopped talking about it since! Please pass on my huge thanks to everyone involved. I shall be recommending you to widely.

Great experience and lovely way to see Amsterdam from the canals.
Booking was easy and same for pick up and drop off of the boat.
Boat was simple but all we needed to cruise through the canals.
Some useful additions would be cushions to sit on for warmth and comfort.
Info about the signs on the bridges so we would know if entry is allowed or if the were one way only.
I have marked down because i believe the cost is quite high. Off season price would have been good.
Overall, a lovely unique way for our friends and us to tour Amsterdam.

Our cruise on the De Tourist was a wonderful experience. Captain Brune did everything to accomodate all of our requests ( he even found a guide for us in our native language which is a rare language ), the lunch we had on board was really good, the selection of drinks catered to all our tastes. The boat is even more beautiful than in the pictures posted online. All in all, it was the highlight of our stay in Amsterdam and it was worth every penny. When we come back to Amsterdam we will look for captain Brune again for sure and I will recommend this boat to all my friends. Laura T.
